Off-Campus Access to Library Resources

Current Brock students, faculty, staff, and Brock retirees:

Troubleshooting Tips:

If you are unable to connect using our off-campus access point, try the following:

  • ensure you aren’t including the “@brocku.ca” portion of your log-in.
  • ensure old passwords are not saved or cached on your device. Follow your browser directions to clear the cache and cookies.
  • for Mac users – avoid Safari version 13.0.4 as it’s not compatible with our Omni system.

Brock University Alumni:

Alumni can activate their account through the Information Technology Services activation link.

If you have an active Brock University email account, log-in to our off-campus proxy server just like current students.

Please note: as alumni you will have access to a sub-set of databases due to publishers’ restrictions. Additionally, Open Access databases and journals are freely accessible to all regardless of status.
