The ITS Help Desk serves all Brock Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and Guests.

Our most common questions are answered in our FAQ. If the FAQ does not answer your question, or for service requests and help with ITS related matters, please submit a Help Desk Ticket or contact us at one of our convenient locations:

Student advisors are not responsible for assisting with class work and assignments; these requests should be directed towards instructors and/or teaching assistants.

Any issues that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the ITS Request system and promoted to a higher support level.
