Antivirus

Desktop Antivirus software for all Brock University employees at no charge. This product provides the latest virus definitions without requiring a personal subscription on any Brock owned asset.

Campus ID Account and Password (Guest Accounts)

Campus ID account and password for individuals not affiliated with Brock University, but who need access to university services such as our wireless network, ITS Labs, and the Library.

Campus ID, Passwords, and Account Access

A Campus ID is assigned when students register or when faculty and staff are hired. Individuals are provided with an account name and password necessary to access the Internet, email, my.brocku.ca, BrockBox, network servers, and other computing resources.

Cyber Security Awareness Training

Personalized Cyber Security Awareness training to departments across Brock University.

Device Security and Configuration

Provides a standardized image, standardized configuration settings, a standard antivirus solution (SCEP), and consistent software offerings on desktop and laptop computers.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires you to provide more than one form of identification at the time of login to ensure you are who you claim to be.

Proximity/Swipe Card Access

Access control is a system that allows Information Technology Services (ITS) to secure access to areas and resources in a given physical facility. The use of access control is important for securing confidential and/or sensitive information and equipment.

Allows users to create a secure connection to the Brock University network.
