Home Delivery to Distance Students
Distance students can request library material to be delivered right to their door.
All Brock distance students who reside in Canada and outside of the Hamilton/Niagara Region are eligible for this service.
You can borrow 120 day circulating material held in the James A. Gibson Library and the St. Catharines campus Instructional Resource Centre (IRC).
Course readings on short-term loan and non-circulating materials are not available through this service.
The requested books are sent by courier and require a signature. Books cannot be sent to a postal box.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery.
Instructions for returning library materials are included with each shipment. There is no cost to you for the return of library materials.
Please check your Brock email for courtesy reminders and overdue notices. See Email and Calendaring Services for help with your email account or to forward mail sent to your Brock email address to another email.
Departmental Delivery for Faculty & Staff
You can request materials from the Brock Library collection to be delivered directly to your department, free of charge.
Item(s) will be signed out to you and delivered within 5 days via campus mail services.
Print books and DVDS.
Exclusions: Course readings on short-term loan and equipment for loan.
Materials can be returned in-person to the Ask Us desk or, via inter-campus mail. Please mark ‘Library’ on the envelope/package.
