Off-Campus Access to Library Resources

Most of our e-journals and e-books are licensed for use by current Brock students, instructors and staff. By logging in to our proxy system, you get access to scholarly research, and we ensure compliance with publisher terms and conditions.

Troubleshooting Tips:

If you are unable to connect using our off-campus access point, try the following:

  • ensure you aren’t including the “@brocku.ca” portion of your log-in,
  • ensure old passwords are not saved or cached on your device:
    • follow your browser directions to clear the cache and cookies OR,
    • try the log in process on a different browser.

Brock University Alumni:

selection of databases is available to alumni to access from off campus. In order to access these resources, please activate your Brock alumni account.

Alumni with active Brock portal accounts: log in to our off-campus proxy server just like current students. If you require a password reset to login, contact Brock ITS and they will assist you.

Alumni without active Brock portal accounts: Activate your account through the Information Technology Services activation link and then log inPlease note: Alumni accounts expire every 12 months.
