Previously only available in print, Brock researchers now have unlimited online access to the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical manual of Mental Disorders. The DSM 5 is the most comprehensive, current, and critical resource for clinical practice and research. It is used by health professionals, social workers, forensic and legal specialists to diagnose and classify mental disorders. The Library’s laptop loan service has seen a significant decline in usage over the years, especially as personal laptop ownership by students has dramatically increased. After reviewing the program, the Library has decided to discontinue lending laptops. This will take effect as of May 1st.
The Library will be investing in new desktop computers over the spring and summer of 2018.
