Show us your favourite food from home. Maybe you have a family recipe dating back generations or something new you’ve recently discovered. Let’s show the Brock community what they’ve been missing! Submit a photo, ingredients and recipe by May 31 at noon (EDT) to qualify for the chance at $150 in SkipTheDishes gift cards.

To enter, follow these simple steps:

1. Follow @BrockuIntl on Instagram
2. Direct message the @BrockuIntl Instagram account with your name and the following details about your submission:
   • Name of entry
   • Photo of entry
   • Ingredients required
   • Recipe
     

Deadline to enter: Monday, May 31 at 12 noon (EDT).

The top entries will be put to popular vote between June 1 at 4 p.m. (EDT) and Friday, June 4 at 12 p.m. (EDT).

Official rules & regulations

1. The contest is open to all current faculty, staff and students of Brock University.
2. Contest entries must be received between 4 p.m. (EDT) on May 27 and 12 p.m. (EDT) on May 31.
3. All entrants must follow @BrockuIntl on Instagram.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries but repeat entries will be disqualified.
5. The top entries will be determined by a select group of judges from Brock University.
6. The winners will be determined by popular vote between June 1 at 4 p.m.(EDT) and Friday, June 4 at 12 p.m (EDT) on the @BrockuIntl Instagram page.
7. The winner will have until June 11, 2020 at 4 p.m. (EDT) to accept the prize and confirm next steps through direct message on the @BrockuIntl Instagram account. Failure to confirm will result in another winner being selected.
8. Entries featuring illicit content will be disqualified from the contest (profanity or objectable content as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct).
9. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platforms used throughout the contest.
