Registration

Often, classes reach their maximum enrolment quickly. Some classes depend on minimum enrolment to run; so register early to ensure that you have a spot. Classes with low enrolment will be cancelled.

Setup your account

  1. You will need your Account PIN, Login ID, and a Visa or MasterCard for payment.
  2. A credit card is required to register online; however, you may choose to visit the Walker Sports Complex Welcome Desk in person to pay by cash, cheque or debit card.

How to register

  1. Visit our registration site here
  2. Search for an activity that interests you or your family member.
    1. Select the drop down menu entitled “Activities” at the top of the page. See all direct registration links to activities available.
  3. Once you have the activity on your screen that you would like to register for, choose “Add to Cart”.
  4. Continue with the registration by choosing “Enroll Now”.
  5. Sign in to you account or create an account.
    1. Brock Students will login using the “CampusID” link on the sign-in page. And sign-in using their Brock student email and password. For example, sb66zz@brocku.ca.
  6. Select the name of the participant enrolling in the activity.
  7. When finished your selection, choose “Add to Cart”.
  8. Answer all required questions and choose “Continue”.
  9. Complete any required payments.
  10. Please read the Waiver, and initial.
  11. Choose “Finish”. You will receive a confirmation of your booking.

Once you have registered

  1. Register additional people for the same program by clicking on the “Add Another Client to This Program” box and go back to step 4 above;
  2. Search for another program by clicking on the “Add a Program” box which will take you back to the “Select a Program” tab and start at step 2 above;
  3. Clear all selections by clicking on the “Clear all Selections” box.
  4. Complete the Registration by clicking on the “Complete Registration” box.
  5. Click on the “Make a Payment” button and make your payment by selecting the appropriate credit card type, enter the credit card number and the expiry date. Click on the “Complete Transaction” button.
  6. Your receipt will then be displayed on screen. You can print a copy of your receipt by clicking on the print button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. To logout of the system, click on the Logout button at the top of the screen. Always remember to logout after completing your Recreation Services online Registration session.

Register IN-PERSON

Visit the Walker Sports Complex Welcome Desk located in the upper-level lobby of the Walker Sports Complex. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, or Interac debit.

When phoning in, please have your VISA/MasterCard ready. For advanced Lifesaving Society (aquatics) courses, we ask for your LSS ID number as well. During peak registration times, you may reach our voice mail and you will be asked to leave a message with a daytime and evening phone number. In most cases we will return your call on the same business day.

Receipts

Your receipt will be emailed to confirm your registration; please ensure we have your up-to-date contact information. These receipts may be used for tax purposes where applicable. If you do not have access to email, your receipt will be printed.

HST

Unless indicated otherwise, all prices include sales taxes where applicable.

 

Collecting your information

Brock University protects your privacy and your Personal Information. The Personal Information requested on this form is collected under the authority of The Brock University Act, section 3, 1964, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”). The information will be used to provide you with the services you requested, which includes collecting and processing fees, and responding to your inquiries.  This information will also be used to assess participant needs for future programing, and to provide you with information regarding related programs.
