Refunds

Unless otherwise specified, refunds for memberships or programs already in progress will be issued within the first two weeks of the start date. Refunds are pro-rated and a $15-administrative fee will be charged.

CAMP REFUND POLICY

Please see the camp refund policy in the 2019 Summer Camp brochure.

There are no discounts for days not attended and NO REFUNDS will be issued once the camp has begun without a doctor’s note.

Program or Membership refunds may be issued outside refund window in extreme circumstances (injury, accident, permanent relocation outside the Niagara Region). Written documentation may be required.

Refunds for certification programs will only be issued when the Walker Complex Welcome Desk receives notice of cancellation at least 5 business days before the course starts.

We reserve the right to cancel any program that does not have sufficient registration. Participants will receive a full refund and notification before the course starts. Please ensure your phone number, email address, and mailing address are current in our system.

On occasion, certain facilities may not be available due to maintenance or special events. Recreation Services will provide notice of service disruptions whenever possible, but memberships will not be extended.

Merchandise Returns

Returns or exchanges on clothing and merchandise can be made within two weeks of purchase. An original receipt must be presented and the tag must be intact. A refund will not be issued for items that have been worn, washed or stained.
