Ultimate frisbee is a non-contact, self-refereed team sport. This sport club upholds the spirit of the game, by encouraging competitive fun and sportsmanship! We compete in tournaments against other universities around Ontario and across Canada. Our fall season runs from September-November with 4 different tournaments in the series with practices running 3 times a week. We also participate in an optional indoor season January-March.
