Yes! You may sign up in advance for spinning classes in the binder at the Walker Sports Complex Welcome Desk to reserve your bike.
Fitness classes are generally held in the fitness studio, aqua fitness classes are held in the pool. All fitness classes require advance sign-up in the appropriate binder on the Welcome Desk.
If your machine has no electrical plug, energy is generated by your movement, so keep moving and then press the machine’s start button. If the machine does have a plug, ask a trainer for assistance.
Ask the person using the station if you may “set in” or “work in” with them. Or you can do another exercise while waiting. Alternatively, the trainers can suggest a different, comparable exercise to try.
