About the Zone

Level up your workout at The Zone.

The Zone is equipped with a cardio deck, spin and small studio on the 2nd floor. The lower level is stocked with resistance training equipment, punching bags and a turf area.

Admission to the Zone

Get your wristband at the Cage.

Begin by checking in at the Central Equipment Room. When you arrive, present your Brock ID to the staff at the desk. They will verify your identification and provide you with a wristband for entry. Once you have received your wristband, you will be permitted to enter and use the Zone.

Brock’s women’s-only programs provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for anyone who identifies as a woman. Whether new to fitness or experienced, these programs and facility times encourage all women to build confidence, learn equipment, and enjoy group workouts in a fun and welcoming environment.
