Unlike drop-in classes, these require pre-registration and offer a consistent group and trainer, typically running for 4 to 8 weeks.

Slow down, reset and relax in a calm candlelit environment. Focus on your breath while holding poses for a longer period of time.

Join this fun yoga class on the water. Put on your swimming gear, hop on a paddleboard and practice balancing poses in the pool.

Warm up and wind down with yoga flow by the pool. Slow down in a warm tropical environment, focusing on posture and breathwork (swimsuits are not required).
