Join us for a six week virtual training program from May 26 to June 30.
The Learn to Run 5K training program will be hosted on Zoom and has been created with the goal of participants being able to run 5km without walking by the end of the six training sessions.
No prior running experience is necessary.
Training program includes:
- Learn running technique
- Pre and post run stretches
- Nutrition facts
- Track progress
- Weekly live online meetings via zoom
The learn to program is free to Brock students, staff and Brock recreation members. All interested must register for the program.
