The Zone entrance is in the lower level of the Walker Sports Complex.  Check in at the Central Equipment Room (or the cage) with your Brock ID card, get a wristband, lock your personal items in a locker, then proceed to The Zone entrance.  There are stairs and an elevator to access the Zone and/or the track.

Mon: Women’s Hours 9:00am-10:00am

Wed: Women’s Hours 4:00pm-5:00pm

Fri: Women’s Hours 1:00pm-2:00pm

Sat: Women’s Hours 8:00am-9:00am
