This series of short videos will guide you through warmup and cooldown stretching routines to assist in your preparation for, and recovery from exercise. Stretching should reflect the activity that you are preparing for, or recovering from, so choose a video that relates to today’s workout. Spend as much time as you need to ensure that you get the warmup or cooldown stretch that your body needs.
