To submit a job posting, please email to provide the following information:

Job Details

  1. Job Title
  2. Job Location
  3. Start Date
  4. Position Length
  5. Salary
  6. Application Deadline

  3. Job requirements

Application Information

  1. Application Procedure (Students can apply through the job board, your company’s website or to your email directly)
  2. If by eMail, send applications to this eMail
  3. If by Website, send applicants to this Website
  4. Application Deadline
  5. Application Material Required (Coverletter / Resume / Transcript)

 * You will be notified when your job is posted and when student resumes become available for review. A Co-op Relationship Manager will work closely with you to find a student that matches your firm’s needs.


Already have a CareerZone Account?

  1. Log in to your CareerZone account
  2. Click on “Co-op” tab
  3. Click on “Job Postings” tab
  4. Select: “Post a New Job” or “Repost a Job”
  5. Once you complete the job posting form, it will be approved by the co-op office
  6. Applications will be available upon your posting’s expiry date if you request that students apply to your posting through CareerZone

* Note:  We recommend that students apply to your posting through CareerZone so you can easily manage applications, the interview schedule and group communications.
