Burgundy helps arrange housing for exchange students by sending a list of options and acting as liaison with the landlords. Rent for a furnished room off–campus is $420-$620 CDN/mo.+ utilities.

EDHEC Business School

Accommodation
On campus residences available on the Lille campus; only off-campus accommodation for the Nice campus. Early application to the housing office is recommended. Cost range: $600-900 CDN per month.

Grenoble Ecole de Management

Accommodation
Varies greatly depending on type of accommodation. Range is $480-$1,100 CDN per month. Government student housing, the CROUS is the least expensive. The International Student Services office provides personal accommodation assistance to all international students.

Accommodation
IÉSEG provides accommodation for international students on both campuses at reasonable prices. Lille campus has two residences managed by a private real estate agency for $630 CDN and up per month. The Paris campus has private residences for approx. $865 CDN per month. Other options are also available.

Accommodation

Marseille campus: On campus residences available but not guaranteed (especially in fall). Early application to the housing office is recommended. Cost is $500-$700 CDN/month (depending on location and size). 
Bordeaux campus: Students can live downtown or in residence closer to campus. Students will be assisted by the Housing advisor and the Student Union Melting Potes in order to find suitable accommodation.

Accommodation
Reims campus: As low as $340 CDN per month for basic student residence (CROUS) within the city to $600 CDN for a single studio on campus (ACOBHA).
Rouen campus: There are three residences close to campus managed by a public housing company, the CROUS. Brock students typically stay in the Ango residence. There are also many possibilities for accommodation in town. Average rent is approximately $380 CDN/month for a single room in residence. The prices for off-campus housing vary from $300-$850 CDN.

Toulouse Business School

Finding accommodation in Toulouse can be challenging however support is available through the school. Rent will be approx. $475-$745 CDN per month.

Paris Dauphine does not have its own student residence. There are government-run student residences (CROUS) where fees range from $270 CDN (double) to $570 CDN (one room apartment). Private housing costs range from $610-$1355 CDN.
