A new Goodman School Business research hub to strengthen interdisciplinary research collaboration on data analytics across Brock University.
Operated by Brock University’s Goodman School of Business, the Centre for Business Analytics (CBA) brings together faculty from various disciplines across the University, as well as alumni and industry partners, to support an interdisciplinary team of data analytics researchers, act as a source of expertise for both public and private sectors, and foster a training hub for the next generation of data scientists.

The CBA will partner with external organizations as well as software and application providers to maximize its impact. In fact, the Centre has already developed a relationship with SAS, a leading analytics software provider that is widely used in the field.
Membership in the CBA is open to all Brock faculty and staff who feel they can contribute to its objectives — there will be regular calls to expand the Centre’s membership. Brock students are also welcome to attend member committee meetings, and graduates in the field of analytics are encouraged to become CBA affiliates.
