Dave Bouckenooghe
Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management & Department Chair, Goodman School of Business
Dave Bouckenooghe began teaching at the Goodman School of Business in 2009 and is currently Chair of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Ethics department. He earned his PhD, MSc and BSc from Ghent University. He teaches courses in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, including HR analytics, Human Resource Planning, Organizational Behaviour & Design, and Leading Change.
Bouckenooghe has experience in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels in different institutions including NEOMA Business School in France and Vlerick Management School in Belgium.
In 2012, Bouckenooghe received the BUSU Award for Teaching Excellence and was nominated for the Graduate Mentorship Award (Brock University) in 2013. Bouckenooghe also received multiple rewards for his research from the OB division from Southern Management Association (2018 – Best Conference Paper Award), International Conference on Innovation and Management (2015 – Best Conference Paper Award), ODC division of the Academy of Management (2008 – Student Best Paper Award), the OB division from ASAC (2010 – Best paper) and the Paul Hersey Best Paper Award from Journal of Management and Entrepreneurship (2006). Also, he received the Goodman Distinguished Scholar of the Year Award 2019. Finally, in 2023 and 2024 he has been listed on Stanford’s University list of world’s top 2% of scientists with most citations.
He is currently an Associate Editor for the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science (NTL institute), and member of the editorial review board of Journal of Organizational Behavior.

Mark Carpenter
Chief Growth Officer, ChangeMakers
A passionate marketing leader, Mark brings over 20 years of integrated experience across Advertising, Digital, Public Relations and Media. Throughout his career, Mark has worked on some of the top global brands including PepsiCo, MolsonCoors, Realtor.ca and Questrade, and has earned numerous industry accolades including winning Strategy Magazine’s Agency of the year in Advertising, PR and Digital. Mark has experience leading teams at some top agencies including Publicis, BBDO, Citizen Relations and most recently as President of No Fixed Address.

Rhonda Klosler (BBA ’93)
Chief Operating Officer, RSM Canada LLP
Rhonda is the national chief operating officer (COO) for RSM Canada and is responsible for leading a team of professionals in building a national firm serving the Canadian middle market. In this role, Rhonda supports the execution of the Canadian strategy by leveraging the firm’s unique value proposition and industry-first approach, while helping to build a team of first choice advisors. Rhonda is also the Eastern Canada market leader and is responsible for growth and culture.
Rhonda’s core strength is relationship-building. Known for her drive to get things done, she has a keen ability to tap resources among her high-performing team. She begins internal meetings with her motto – make a choice to make a difference—calling on RSM’s motivated and capable professionals to take an all-hands-on-deck approach to building RSM Canada.
Rhonda is an advocate for inclusion in Canada and strongly encourages authenticity in the workplace. As an executive sponsor to RSM’s inclusion practice and a member of RSM’s Inclusion Council, she fosters diversity across the firm. Ted Harrison
Founder & CEO, neuemotion
Ted Harrison is the Founder and CEO at neuemotion servicing Fortune 500 clients and beyond, author of Entrepreneurial Creativity: Repeatable Creative Success, and the former Head of Production at Twitter Inc. & X Corp.
Ted’s past work has ranged from building a 9 figure content business as an “intra”preneur at Twitter, to animation onsite in Iraq, to award winning Super Bowl commercials, to script coverage for Academy Award winning director Jonathan Demme.
