CPR / First Aid Certification

Earn your Canadian Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification directly through your Kinesiology program at Brock University (BPhEd, BKin and BSc (Kin) majors are required to have current emergency First Aid/CPR certification to graduate from their program). The course provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond effectively to common medical emergencies and meet certification requirements for employment, placements, coaching, and other professional settings. The fee is $115 (a lower cost option) and classes are scheduled monthly right here on campus (CRN 313).

Note: The blended format combines online learning with an in-person practical session. Once you select and book a date using the link above, you will be registered with the Canadian Red Cross. Participants will then receive a payment link AND access to the online portion which must be completed before attending the in-person classroom session at Brock University. The classroom session is approximately 8 hours and focuses on hands-on first aid and CPR skills, practice, and evaluation. Upon successful completion of the classroom session, you will be awarded your certificate.
