Dr. Garrick Forman received his PhD in Neuromechanics and Ergonomics from Brock University, where his research focused on quantifying the physical demands of PC gaming and the impact muscle fatigue has on the fine motor function of the distal upper extremity. Additionally, Dr. Forman has completed various applied ergonomics studies with industry partners including GM Canada, NotionMedical, and Waterloo Regional Police. Dr. Forman’s current research is centred around the biomechanics and ergonomics of esports with the primary goal of extending player careers by reducing pain and injury and maximizing player performance.
