The final Convocation ceremony saw Omar Kihel, Mathematics and Statistics Professor, receiving the Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching. Professor Kihel has contributed to the growth of the department by actively participating in curriculum development and establishing well-attended new courses in his areas of expertise.
