As of Jan. 14, 2020, the Windows 7 operating system is no longer supported by Microsoft. All technical support, software updates and security updates have ended.

Fortunately, Brock’s license with Microsoft means all students are eligible for one free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Education.

Students should back up their device prior to upgrading, and then follow these steps:

• go to https://brocku.onthehub.com/ and log in with your Campus ID and password.
• If you don’t see the Windows 10 Education download on the first page, click on the “Operating Systems” link.
