Student Portal

Brock Portal: log in at my.brocku.ca
This is your one-stop shop for critical resources, from program/application status, course registration, to financial and funding updates.
Your portal is also where you will formally accept your offer of admission. Admitted applicants – please be sure to send us your official transcripts after accepting your offer. International applicants can reach out to our Brock International team for any questions about study permits and eligibility.
Brock also provides portal activation instructions and ITS support as needed.

Course Registration

Please visit the Graduate Course Registration webpage for a step-by-step guide on how to register for courses, along with a list of frequently asked questions and program-specific registration notes.
All program requirements can be found in the Graduate Calendar
You can plan your course schedule through the Academic Timetable, making note of the graduate Registration Open / Close Dates for the upcoming term.
Course resources, including the course syllabus and course content, will be provided on Brock’s Brightspace Learning Management System in the first week of classes. Textbooks can be purchased through the Brock Campus Store if required.

Financial Information

After you have successfully registered for your courses, tuition and fees will populate in your Brock Portal under Student Financial History approximately 30 days prior to your program’s start date.
Residence and meal plan fees will also be posted here if applicable, for those choosing to live on campus. Separately, students can also choose to find housing off campus.

Student Services

Brock’s Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre (SWAC) offers a range of services that support student mental health (e.g. crisis management, personal counselling), wellness, medical care, and accessibility. If you require accommodations or support during your graduate studies, please contact Student Accessibility Services within SWAC directly.

Program-Specific Support

Graduate Students' Association

The Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) is a student organization that represents the interests of all graduate students enrolled in a master’s, diploma, or doctorate program at Brock. Upon course registration each term, you will become a member of the GSA and will gain access to all member benefits, including optional health and dental coverage, a transit pass, student clubs, and other supports and services.
