Support – Supervisor Supports

The graduate student experience varies based on several factors. The next part of this module will explore some of the personal and social circumstances that supervisors should be aware of, as they may impact the graduate student experience and supervisory relationship.

Some learners may have multiple, intersecting identities and therefore may fall into several categories. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to providing student support, and supervisors should work directly with their students to support their specific needs.
