MSc in Physics thesis defence
Mathew Alex, a Master of Science candidate in the Department of Physics, will defend his thesis titled “Nonlinear Wave Equation for an Elastic String:
Derivation, Symmetries, and Conserved Quantities” on Thursday, July 31 at 11 AM, in TH253.
The examination committee includes Melanie Pilkington, Chair; Stephen Anco, Supervisor; Alexey Shevyakov, External Examiner (University of Saskatchewan); and Alexandre Odesski , Committee Member.
