PhD Program

The Department of Computer Science and the Department of Mathematics & Statistics offer a joint program leading to the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics.

The program presents a thesis option, which is suitable for students planning to advance in an academic career or invest in advanced technology positions in industry and government.

Within this program, students will choose one of three fields of specialization, which will be noted on their transcripts and diploma upon graduation:
