We strongly recommend that any student, before accessing the COSC Help Desk, observe the following elements:

• To be familiar with and comply with the Standard Libraries – link to the Java IO libraries.
• To debug and collect appropriate data before bringing the issue up – link to Java debugging basics.
• To be aware of the time constraints for course assignments and projects – link to more information about missed work.
