Chalk Wall bookings generally start on Mondays, and any required cleaning is scheduled for Friday afternoons. However, alternate arrangement may be made.

Important Information:

All activities promoted on the chalk wall must adhere all University policies, including the Campus Promotions procedures.

If approved, you will be responsible for illustrating the chalk wall. If you require chalk and/or a step ladder, these can be borrowed from the BU4U Student Service Hub during office hours upon request.

We will make every effort to accommodate booking requests, however, please be aware that submitting this form does not ensure the reservation of the Chalk Wall for your desired date and time.  Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
