Maysara Al-Jumaily TA Award 2019-20

Maysara has been a Teaching Assistant with the Department of Computer Science since Fall 2018. Maysara has taught in several courses including: COSC 1P02 (Introduction to Computer Science), COSC 1P03 (Introduction to Data Structures), and COSC 2P89 (Internet Technologies).

Maysara has shown a commitment to teaching and learning through his engagement in professional development activities. That Maysara cares deeply for his students’ and their learning is demonstrated through this continued professional learning and reflected in the comments of those who he works with.

“My goal” Maysara says “as an educator is to try my best upon improving myself. This includes attending workshops regularly and take courses which broaden my knowledge in teaching in higher education.”
