Registration

1. Before registering students should be aware of the goals and requirements of the Solidarity program. Check out the Program Requirements.
    
2. Students should fill out the online registration form. All information will remain confidential and will be used strictly for organizational purposes of the SEA program. If you have a question or concern that you would prefer to address in person, please do not hesitate to contact Campus Ministries.

3. Students should print off all forms, complete them and return them to the Campus Ministries office with a $500 deposit. Please be sure to include your 250-500 word essay as part of the Statement of Interest Form. The essay is a required part of the application process. The process of selection will also include a short interview. If you are not selected, your deposit will be returned to you. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. The forms should be filled out and given to Campus Ministries as soon as possible, as there is a process of selection and spaces on the trips are limited.

   Cheques should be issued to the order of Solidarity Experiences Abroad. The donors will receive a dontation receipt. Students can not receive a tax receipt for their own payment. However, tax receipts will be issued to donors that are contributing to the payment of the trip.
