Snezana Ratkovic is the Faculty of Education Research Officer. In her administrative research leadership role in the Faculty, Snezana contributes to strategies, ideas, and implementation of processes and initiatives to increase research capacity within the Faculty of Education. Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Education, she enhances the research of faculty members and graduate students by identifying funding opportunities, reviewing grant applications, pre-reviewing ethics applications, broadening the understanding of the administration of research within the University, and organizing research skills workshops for faculty members and graduate students. Snezana is the primary liaison from the Faculty of Education with Office of Research Services (ORS) and cooperates on initiatives with researchers and administrators within and outside the Faculty of Education. She also leads in identifying, implementing and monitoring of new research processes or procedures within the Faculty.
