Dr. Snežana Ratković is the Faculty of Education Research Officer. In her administrative research leadership role in the Faculty, Dr. Ratković contributes to strategies, ideas, and implementation of processes and initiatives to increase research capacity within the Faculty of Education. Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Research and International, Education, she enhances the research of faculty members and graduate students by identifying funding opportunities, reviewing grant applications, pre-reviewing ethics applications, broadening the understanding of the administration of research within the University, and organizing research skills workshops for faculty members and graduate students. Dr. Ratković is the primary liaison from the Faculty of Education with Office of Research Services (ORS) and cooperates on initiatives with researchers and administrators within and outside the Faculty of Education. She also leads in identifying, implementing and monitoring of new research processes or procedures within the Faculty.

Dr. Ratković has been granted the status of Research Fellow for the Department of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies, Faculty of Education. Her research interest lies in forced migration, immigration and settlement, transnational and transdisciplinary teacher education, women's studies, identity, intersectonality, research ethics, research methodologies, and knowledge mobilization.
