Teaching Inclusive Education through Life Story Inquiry
Margo Horne is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences in the field of education. She is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of Programming and currently a Trustee and former Chair of the Board at the Halton District School Board. Her teaching career began as a classroom teacher in both mainstream and self-contained settings. She has held various teaching and leadership positions in educational institutions in Canada, the UK, and Japan, including roles such as a consultant, lecturer, vice principal, and head of primary departments.
Her research endeavours include projects in Canada, the United States, the UK and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. These projects focus on educational and community inclusion, empowering both students and teachers to engage in opportunities for positive change.
