Assistant Professor (PhD)
Kaschka R. Watson, PhD (He/Him/His), is a Jamaican-born Canadian scholar. He is an Assistant Professor of Administration, Leadership, and Policy in the Department of Educational Studies at Brock University in the Faculty of Education. His teaching, research, advocacy, activism, and community work have deepened his passion for championing initiatives that identify, disrupt, and dismantle anti-Black racism, anti-oppression, and educational inequities. He is a change-maker and a transformative education leader. His scholarship in leadership and policy, and in equity and social justice, has led to more equitable opportunities for racialized students and educational leaders.
