Important Note for Supporting Documents

To strengthen your application, you are encouraged to submit documentation relevant to the criteria you meet, such as:

  • If applicable, evidence of a peer-reviewed conference paper or proceedings (e.g., proof of registration and a copy of the conference proceedings indicating you are a presenter)
  • If applicable, confirmation that you were invited to a conference or institution for an installation, performance, or presentation
  • If applicable, evidence that you received a prize or award at a conference or symposium (e.g., a copy of the official award letter from the issuing organization, AND/OR a copy of the conference proceedings indicating you are the recipient of the award documentation from the conference proceedings identifying you as the award recipient).

Reminder: Acceptable proof that you meet the criteria above may include (but is not limited to): proof of registration, a copy of the conference proceedings indicating you are a presenter, a copy of the official award letter from the issuing organization, documentation from the conference proceedings identifying you as the award recipient All files must be combined into ONE PDF document.
