Gabriela Matamoros, a PhD in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “Advancements in Trichuris trichiura treatment and diagnosis in children: Assessing high-dose ivermectin, benzimidazoles and diagnostic techniques” on Wednesday, July 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  The defence will take place in Plaza 600F.

The examination committee members are Brian Roy, Chair; Ana Sanchez, Supervisor; Stella Kepha, External Examiner (London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine); Paul Zelisko, Internal Examiner; and William Pickett, Layla Mofid, and Alejandro Krolewiecki, Advisory Committee.
