Adult Education

In today’s world, there’s a growing demand for adult education from post-secondary programs to professional training in business, industry, health care and social service settings. That demand calls for an increasing number of highly specialized individuals who have the knowledge and practical skills to lead the learning experience for adult students.

The Centre for Adult Education and Community Outreach administers the Bachelor of Education in Adult Education and the Certificate in Adult Education

The Tecumseh Centre for Aboriginal Research and Education also offers Adult Aboriginal Education through a BEd in Aboriginal Adult Education and Certificate in Aboriginal Adult Education. For more information about these two programs, visit the Aboriginal Education section of the Faculty of Education web site.
