2SLGBTQIA+ Drop-In (Weekly)

- A weekly drop-in space to discuss 2SLGBTQIA+ gender & sexual violence with queer peers & staff.
Loud & Proud at the HUB Drop-In (Weekly)
- Every Thursday | 5-7 PM | The Wellness HUB
- Looking for a space where you can be fully yourself? Loud and Proud @ the HUB is a weekly drop-in space created for our 2SLGBTQIA+ community at Brock. Whether you’re looking to connect, learn, or just hang out in a safe and welcoming environment, this is your space.
Gender Affirming Gear Program
- Free chest binders, breast forms, packers, tapes, padding and more!

Gender Affirmation Fund
- Financial support for 2SLGBTQIA+ Brock community members to assist with gender affirmation costs (i.e.. makeup, transportation & administrative fees associated with gender affirming therapy, wigs, etc.)

Name Change Process at Brock
- The Name Change Request form is available on the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services website, along with FAQs. Requests are processed within two business days by Records ([email protected]). Supplementary documentation is only required for legal name changes, and students can upload these through their my.brocku.ca portal under Legal Name Change Documentation.
- If a student would like a new Brock Card with their updated name but is concerned about the $10 replacement fee, Human Rights and Equity (HRE) will cover this cost.
Gender Affirming Care at Brock
- Student Health Services and Personal Counselling Services at SWAC can support you with a range of gender-affirming medical and mental health care services no matter what stage of transition you are at.

- We can help connect survivors of harassment, discrimination & gender & sexual violence to counsellors who reflect your cultural and gender preferences.

Emergency Survivor Fund
- Prompt monetary support for survivors of gender & sexual violence. Designed to help those in need of emergency support including safety, mental health, and basic needs.

Student Christian Movement at Brock
- A queer- and trans-affirming, faith-based group that strives to put our values and faith into action to build a more just, inclusive, and equitable world. The SCM @ Brock welcomes people of all belief systems and backgrounds to join us as we learn, grow, and explore faith and social justice together.
