AODA Training is offered through a two-step process on an ongoing basis to all staff, Faculty, and volunteers. As of July 1, 2016, the Integrated Accessibility Standard Regulation has been made more comprehensive because it incorporates the Customer Service Standard Regulation.
Training in both customer service and human rights are a mandatory requirement for all
employees, volunteers and faculty. Upon entering an agreement of employment with Brock
University employees are directed to fulfill these training requirements
