AODA Training is offered through a two-step process on an ongoing basis to the Brock community of employees, faculty, volunteers. As of July 1, 2016, the Integrated Accessibility Standard Regulation has been made more comprehensive by incorporating the Customer Service Standard Regulation.
Training in both customer service and human rights is a mandatory requirement for the Brock community including employees, volunteers, faculty.
Training is also delivered to people responsible for policy and those that provide goods or services on the University’s behalf.
