Stream is a video platform for people at Brock to upload, view, and share videos securely. Only members of the Brock community can see what is posted on Stream. You can also create private channels and manage who at Brock has access to view them. Employees can easily share comments on videos, as well as tag time-codes and descriptions in comments to refer to specific points in a video.

Stream is available on mobile browsers with full functionality across all platforms (iOS, Android,and Windows).
Unfortunately, not at this time but there are future plans for it.
Yes, Stream currently automates closed caption for an uploaded video if the video has the language field set and the language spoken in the video is English or Spanish.
Once on Stream, select Create then Channel. Under Channel Access select Group Channel. Enter the name of your group you wish to share the channel with. Once the channel is created it will be private and only view-able by people in your group.
