The Brock University Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk is the University’s central IT support system.
The Help Desk team provides support to faculty, staff, students and guests. First contact resolution of a service and/or incident are not always possible. A Footprints ticket is issued to track work that is required to resolve the issue.
NOTE: Faculty, staff, and students requiring assistance from the Help Desk with password resets will need to have photo ID present at the time of reset. Self Serve password reset option is also available. Please contact the ITS – Help Desk for more information.
Help Desk Associates assist users during regular service hours (see Service Hours above). Response times may vary.
