2. Enter your school board email (e.g., name@dsbn.org).

NOTE:

Make sure to enter your school board email and NOT your personal email.

8. In the email, click the Click here to set your password button.

NOTE:

The link is valid for only 30 minutes, so if you do not set your password within this time frame, you will need to start over.

9. On the Set Password screen, enter a new password.

NOTE:

Your password must be between 10-30 characters and must contain at least 3 different types of characters (i.e. lowercase, uppercase, numbers or special characters).

12. Click Finish.

NOTE:

It can take up to 24 hours for your account to fully initialize. Once ready, you will be able to log into my.brocku.ca, Office 365, as well as access all other programs and services on-campus that require your Campus ID.

Please note that you will be required to provide additional information when you log in for the first time in order to set up self-service password reset. For more information, please refer to the instructions for resetting your password.
