Important Information
Harrison Hall: To schedule an appointment with a physician at Student Health Services, call 905-688-5550 x3243. All physician appointments are in-person (telephone or virtual appointments are at the physician’s discretion).

Confirming Your Appointment
Once an appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an automated email confirmation in your Brock email 2 days prior to your appointment. This confirmation is required to secure your appointment.
Some appointments have digital forms that must be completed prior to coming to your appointment.
Bring Your Health Card and Brock ID Card
You must present your valid (Provincial) Health Card or Cowan (UHIP) certificate number with expiry date and your Brock ID card at each appointment.
Arrive On Time
Unless otherwise instructed, please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early.
Check-In
Upon arrival for your appointment, you must check in at the front desk with the Student Services Coordinator, providing the required cards.
HARRISON HALL LOCATION, Student Health Services:
24 Hours or More: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice (business days). If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours or more (business days) before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee, as per the fee schedule.
48 Hours or More: For appointments booked with a psychiatrist, Student Health Services requires at least 48 hours notice (business days). If you do not cancel your appointment 48 hours or more (business days) before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee, as per the fee schedule.
CAMPUS PHARMACY LOCATION, Student Health Services
1 hour or more: As the Campus Pharmacy is a same-day appointment model with on-line booking, if you need to cancel/rebook your appointment, you must provide 1 hour notice before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel 1 hour or more of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee, as per the fee schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your same-day appointment, you will not be able to be seen and will be charged a no-show fee, as per the fee schedule.
Patient Fees For Uninsured Services:
Most forms are not an insured service with your health coverage. In Ontario, the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) establishes the recommended fee annually. For forms and notes, the fee covers the cost of the form only and an additional fee may be charged for assessments that are not medically necessary.
