Appointments scheduled in Microsoft Bookings can be cancelled directly through the system. If scheduled by your case manager or front desk, please call 905-688-5550 extension 3240 to cancel.
At least 14 days in advance, submit a “Missing Test” request through the Tests/Exams tab in OASIS.
You will receive an email notifying you that you can confirm the exam in OASIS. You must do this immediately, so please check your Brock email every day.
Verify that the change has been made in OASIS. If not, please let the Exam Centre know as soon as possible.
Click on the blue arrow icon of the test date in OASIS. Scroll down to view your scheduled information, including start time, end time and room location. Please note that extra time accommodations are frequently added to the beginning of an exam in the evenings and on Saturdays.
Confirm both exams at the original times and enter a note in the comment field. Follow up with Exam Centre staff at x4028 or email@example.com right away to determine whether a Test/Exam Time Change form is needed.
When confirming your exam, please enter a note in the Comment field to inform us. We will then schedule your extra time at the beginning of the test/exam.
A Test/Exam Time Change Request form must be completed, signed and returned to the Exam Centre at least 7 days prior to the date of your exam. This form can be obtained through your Case Manager or the Exam Centre.
Only what is necessary to complete the exam. NO FOOD OR DRINK, EXCEPT CLEAR WATER BOTTLE, NO PENCIL CASES, NO CELL PHONES, NO HATS. Invigilators may ask you to remove all items from clothing pockets.
Typically exams are scheduled 5 days in advance.
Exam Centre hours on Saturday are 9am – 4pm. If the exam is outside of these hours, the time may be adjusted. Please check OASIS to verify the scheduled start and end times.
