Changes to Medical Note Procedure

Brock Senate has approved that if a student is unwell for 3 days or less, they personally fill out a Medical Self-Declaration Form to give to their Professor or Instructors for academic consideration. If unwell for more than 3 days, a Medical Verification Form will be required, signed by their Doctor. NOTE: For Final Exam deferrals, a Medical Verification Form signed by a Doctor will be required.
