During reading week, October 15 through 18, Stolk Construction will be demolishing the existing concrete floor to allow for the installation of a new research lab in WH09G, and we anticipate some level of noise and disruptions during this period.

We understand that your business operations may also be affected by the construction work. We want to assure you that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize the disruptions and inconvenience to our neighboring offices.

The construction activities are scheduled to take place during regular business hours, and we have instructed the contractors to ensure that the noise levels are kept to a minimum. Additionally, we have established protocols to ensure that the common areas of the building remain clean and safe throughout the renovation period.

We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this time as we work towards improving our building’s infrastructure and research capacity. We will keep you informed of any developments or changes that may impact your business operations.
