SharePoint Team sites provide a centralized modern document management and collaboration platform. Users can work from any location, on any device.
Faculty, Staff and Students can create Team sites using the SharePoint site request and provisioning tool. Depending on user type (Faculty, Staff or Student) and requirements, the following Team site templates are available:
Ad-hoc sites allow informal working groups to connect, collaborate and create documents.
Committee sites allow formal working groups to connect, collaborate and create documents. Committee site membership is made up of employees from various University departments.
Team sites provide departmental teams a central storage and collaboration area. Team site membership is limited to members of the employees department.
Project sites allow teams to connect, collaborate, create and track project documents, issues and outcomes.

SharePoint Teams Sites are available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.
Log In
Request
There is no request procedure for SharePoint. You can access SharePoint through Office 365.
Site access requests should be made through the BrockDB – Security Access Request Form or through the respective site owner.
