Physical activity is an important part of staying healthy, but how can we find ways to safely exercise as we age?
This webinar hosted on February 25, 2021, focused on research being conducted by Brock University’s Dr. Kimberley Gammage and her students, explored that question while discussing:
- The importance and benefits of exercise for older adults
- Research on exercise in older adults – especially at home and during COVID
- Tips to safely exercise as we age
Please note that this webinar does not recommend any specific resource and/or treatment options, nor is it intended to provide individual advice. Individuals should consult with their healthcare team/treatment provider for all healthcare recommendations and decisions.
