- In-Person:
- September 3-13: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- September 16-20: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- September 23-27: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Remainder of Fall: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Live Chat: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Fridays 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (note: live chat will be closed the week of August 12-16)
- Telephone: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm call the main Brock number (905-688-5550), press 1 followed by the extension for Brock Central (3052), and then press 2.
- Please note: If you become disconnected while waiting for a Student Information & Service Advisor to take your call it likely means that the telephone queue has timed out due to a high volume of calls. Please feel free to connect with us a different way (in-person, Live Chat or email)
How to Chat with Brock Central
Brock Central Chat @the Registrar’s Office is an easy-to-use, easy-to access, real-time service option. The ‘Chat with Us’ button will appear when Live Chat services are open.

Your questions are important to us, and if we are not able to answer them, or if your inquiry requires a more in-depth investigation, we will ask you to connect with us through audio chat, telephone or email and we will do our best to investigate and respond quickly.
Your privacy is very important to us and is one of our top priorities. When connecting with us, please do not share any personal information such as your Brock student ID or date of birth. If we require your name, Brock student ID number or any other information, we will ask for it. It’s important to remember that we can only provide detailed information to you if you are a Brock student, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide information to family members, friends or other third parties.
Brock Central Chat is serviced by our team of Brock Central Student Information & Services Advisors. Our Advisors are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday.
